What
sizes are the bars?
1.
How do I place an order?
Answer: There are 4 ways you
can order.
Internet:
Email us your order online.
Because we want to make sure your order is correct we will contact you
and confirm your order and method of payment.
Phone:
In the Edmonton area, call 944-1557 or Toll Free (Canada &
U.S.A.) at 1-888-428-4555.
Fax:
Fill in our Order Form and fax to 944-1501 in the Edmonton Area or
(Canada & U.S.A.) Toll Free at 1-888-428-4555.
Mail:
Fill in our Order Form and mail to Sweet Celebrations Canada, 6118 – Davies Road, Edmonton, Alberta,
Canada, T6E 4M9

Does Sweet Celebrations custom design wrappers for any occasion?
Answer: Yes.
After viewing our many samples, if you don’t see something you like, we
would be happy to design your own special bar.

How long does it take for Sweet Celebrations to complete an order?
Answer: For Birth
Announcements, we ship the orders within 24 hours. For all other orders, please phone us to discuss and we will
complete your order as quickly as possible.

4.
Can photos and logos be printed onto wrappers?
Answer: Absolutely.
Photos and logos can be dropped off in person, mailed or emailed to us. If emailed, we would like the photos send to us in the
.jpg
format. For logos, send in the .gif
format.

5.
Can you fax, mail or email me a sample of what our wrappers will look
like?
Answer: Absolutely.
The fastest way to see your sample would be by fax.
We can also email .jpg images, or send a sample by mail.

6.
What type of candy/chocolate do you use?
Answer: We use brand name
chocolate bars. We offer various
sizes, including 16 gram mini-bars, 44 gram regular size bars and large 100 gram
bars.

7.
Can I order wrappers only?
Answer:
Yes. We prefer you order the
bars as well, since there is an art to wrapping them.
If you do order wrappers only, we will supply wrapping instructions,
along with a glue stick.
8.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major
credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
We also accept cash (don’t mail), money orders and company cheques.

Do you only accept Canadian orders?
Answer: No, we also accept
International orders. We can only
send wrappers, as we are unable to ship chocolates out of Canada.

10.
How are orders shipped?
Answer: In Edmonton (including
St. Albert & Sherwood Park), people can pick up orders from our office or we
can deliver for an extra charge of $4.50.
For out of town orders, we can
ship by Canada Post, Greyhound, or the Courier of your choice.
Canada Post orders average approximately $10.00.
For Greyhound and other Couriers, we can ship the orders collect.
11.
How do you ship chocolate in the hot weather?
Answer: When the temperature is
above 23 Celsius, we recommend you order a cooler and cooler pack, for an extra
$10.00. We can send the order
without a cooler, but we can’t guarantee that the chocolate won’t melt.
Another option is just sending wrappers.
12.
What happens if there is something wrong with the order?
Answer: We first would have to
determine how the problem developed.
1) If Sweet Celebrations is
responsible, we will take whatever measures are needed to satisfy the customer.
2) If the Customer is
responsible, we will review the problem and then determine what extra cost is
required to fulfill the order to everyone’s satisfaction.

What sizes are the bars?
Answer: We
have 3 sizes of bars:
Mini Bars (16 gram) size is
1¼"(3.2cm) wide x 2¾"(7cm) long
Regular Bars (45 gram) size is
2¼"(5.7cm) wide x 5½"(14cm) long
Large Bars (100 gram) size is
3"(7.6cm) wide x 6¾"(17.1cm) long
